Phases I & II of St. Bernard’s Park were acquired from HOME Properties of New York as part of a 25-property portfolio sale in 2004. Located in Rochester, New York, on Lake Ontario, and built in 1892 as a seminary, Saint Bernard’s Park is a local landmark rich in history, and provides 88 units of Section-8 multifamily housing.
